About the Instructor

I’m Gregg Swanson, a mental strength and peak performance coach specializing in the mental side of athletic performance. After years of working with athletes, trainers, and high performers, one thing became clear—physical training alone isn’t enough. Focus breaks down, confidence wavers, and performance suffers under pressure. That’s why I developed a structured approach to mental performance training—combining sport psychology, neuroscience, and coaching methodologies into a system that can be applied in real-world training environments.
