The program includes: -> 13 structured modules covering mental performance concepts and coaching applications -> Video-based instruction with guided explanations and demonstrations -> Practical application exercises designed for real-world coaching scenarios -> Module-based knowledge checks (quizzes) to reinforce learning -> A comprehensive final exam to assess understanding and application of key concepts This structure ensures participants not only understand the material, but can apply it directly with clients. Participants must achieve a passing score of 70% or higher on the final exam to successfully complete the course and qualify for continuing education credit.
